It applies to everyone who visits the Site or buys our coloring books, puzzle books, activity books and related products (the "Products").

- Payment information: collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of a card. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Communications: anything you send us through the Contact page, by email or on social media, including support requests and reviews.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and name, if you choose to subscribe.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent and approximate location (such as city or country).
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files and scripts that help the Site work, remember preferences and measure traffic (see Section 4).
Information from third parties
We may receive order and payment confirmation details from our payment or checkout provider, and basic traffic statistics from analytics services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as payment processing (Stripe), file delivery, email delivery and the Site's host, Google Blogger.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights, customers and the public.
- Business successors if we sell, merge or reorganize our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information unless you are notified of a change.
- Others with your consent or at your direction.
4. Cookies and Analytics
The Site is hosted on Google's Blogger platform, which sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not display third-party advertising on the Site. We and our providers use cookies for two purposes:
- Essential: keep the Site and checkout working and secure.

The Site is a general-audience site for adults, families and educators. Although some of our Products are made for children, the Site is not directed to children under 13, and purchases must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). 6. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Order and tax records: as long as required by tax and accounting law, generally up to 7 years.
- Support messages: up to 2 years after the issue is resolved.
- Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: according to our analytics provider's retention settings, typically 14 to 26 months.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reliance on payment providers that follow industry security standards such as PCI DSS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password on any account you create and keep your download links private.

In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information such as purchase history and internet activity) for the business purposes in Section 2. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
